Assessment and recording of academic work as fragments of changes of climate at teachers training faculties

The aim of this acrticle is to reflect, define and describe basic fragments of climate at teachers training faculties with regard to logically deductive conclusions of current regulative pursuits, mainly assessment aand recording of work of academic workers. Their use as a tool of management has an impact on the climate from the point of view of directing people. Regulative pursuits have an important role when creating, reconstructing and lapsing working groups at the level of departments, institutes, faculty management or university management. Regulative pursuits of academic workers together with their personalities (attitude, anticipation, etc.) take part in forming and aiming of the activities, reflect in the management processes and forming of university environment.
