Pedagogic approach to development of food biochemistry in terms of a new study programm in Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno

Food biochemistry as one study branch of a new acredit research programm - Hygiene, technology and ecology is drawn like a study branch, which results from the traditional education of food chemistry and biochemistry.
Theory and practical education of the branch complete the system of curiculum and in consequence the knowledge of food stufs biochemical changes and of the utilization biochemical indicators in the modern approach for the evaluation of food safety, especially in foods of animal origin. Food safety strategy adopted in Decree of the Gowernment of the Czech Republic of December 10, 2001, No. 1320, what source in recomendation EU: White Book is reflectig in the conception of the branch.
Contribution characterises our pedagogic approach and conception on of the branch to curiculum of research programm in the frame of academic pedagogy.
