Komunikatívny prístup výučby cudzích jazykov včera a dnes

Príspevok sa zaoberá komunikatívnym prístupom výučby cudzích jazykov, ktorý už niekoľko dekád dominuje výučbe cudzích jazykov. Autorka bližšie špecifikuje princípy komunikatívneho prístupu, predstavuje vhodné aktivity, rozoberá posun paradigmy a s ňou spájané zmeny v prístupe výučby cudzích jazykov, menuje celosvetovo najpoužívanejšie koncepcie a prístupy, ktoré sú súčasťou širokej skupiny komunikatívneho prístupu. V závere príspevku je načrtnuté smerovanie výučby cudzích jazykov v novom miléniu.

COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING YESTERDAY AND TODAY

The paper deals with communicative approach in foreign language teaching, which has dominated language teaching for several decades. The author specifies principles of communicative approach, presents suitable activities, analyses paradigm shift and changes linked with it in foreign language teaching approach, lists the most frequently used conceptions and approaches, which belong to communicative approach. There are new trends in foreign language teaching outlined in the conclusion.
