School in the process of humanization is mainly school of pupils' activities in an active school environment. In this environment pupils are motivated to be active by several forms of activities including the cooperation, working in groups, and by working activities mixed with educational ones. All these means move different levels of thinking and activate the pupils' action.
Learning is the basic activity for pupils to get to know things. The main sense of teaching is its plurality. The variety of teaching and learning should not be restricted in the number of used methods, but on the other hand, it should be enlarged. Teacher plays its role on one pole, and the pupil on the other one. Between these two there is the transmission process involving the interaction between teachers and pupils. Precondition for using these principles is the reflection of pupils' needs of the educational system. Therefore the research was established also at primary schools.
