- Katedra kinantropologie FTK UP v Olomouci
In the contribution we analyse the phenomena of motivation, firstly, from general point of view. Further, it's included in the school physical education context based on our own teacher-training claim. The modern psychology is convinced that it's motivation that has an impact on people's behaviour and action. Positive and negative motivation to all intents and purposes.
In the first part it's referred to general factors and behaviour found in the works of our eminent psychology authors. Above all, the Hull's theory of primary and secondary motives, the theory of motives by Nakonečný and the theory of needs by Maslow are pointed out. These theories are utilised mainly in the area of the pedagogic interaction: the teacher - the pupil, pupils.
The second part is engaged in the problem of the motivation of the school physical education. The greatest influence of motives in the individual's behaviour is just at the basic school (the secondary stadium). There are clarified the biology needs of moving, there are also left the theory of internal, competent and external impulses and mainly there is also the classification. The contribution rests just in the results of own experiment in the area of classification, which has the greatest influence at the motivational behaviour. The classification presents miscellaneous problems of differently competent pupils in the physical education. There is also suggested one of the possibility, how to positively influence pupils, how to give them greater possibility to acquire good marks and there is also discipline problems maximal removed. The sense of this experiment is inherent in the style of pupil's evaluation. Except the pupil's execution there is also evaluate the pupil's relationship to the physical education, its until now and future improvement and there is allowed for the pupil's biosomatic dispositions. The article sets an aim to render an open possibility from the practice, how to positively influence pupils and so to create the "healthy" educational environment.
