The main goal of this contribution is to inform about the research carried out in 2007 on Medical and Social Secondary School at Chrudim that belongs among Health Promoting Schools. The principles of this project are to create a positive school climate.The text presents partial results of a quantitative questionnaire inquiry, where students, their parents and teachers were examined. It focuses on evaluation of five areas of school climate by three groups of respondents and by four grades of the school. Examination of students is one of the most complicated elements of pedagogical process. With regard to the increasing number of students, mainly in the first level of university studies, we must put the major accent on mass written examination of students' knowledge.The contribution deals with the analysis of effectivity of pedagogical invigilation of mass exams with regard to objectivity and transparency of examinations. Training programme for improvement of positive self-image and social competencies of future teachers

In the article the author deals with experience with realisation of interventional/training program. The program is focused on extension of perception of one's own value and on improvement of self-image of future teachers. It indicates the effectivity of interventionist/training programmes in the preparation of future teachers as well as the effectiveness of experiential forms of education. The program's effectiveness is verified by Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation.

View of Special Educational Care for Seniors Suffering Dementia

Dementia is a disorder requiring special care for seniors. The main aim of special care is to keep seniors active both physically and psychologically. This care is provided by special educators. One of the methods used by special educators in keeping seniors active is the reminiscence therapy. The reminiscence therapy helps to handle and reduce social and psychological problems, mental illnesses and disabilities.
