Examination of students is one of the most complicated elements of pedagogical process. With regard to the increasing number of students, mainly in the first level of university studies, we must put the major accent on mass written examination of students' knowledge.
The contribution deals with the analysis of effectivity of pedagogical invigilation of mass exams with regard to objectivity and transparency of examinations. As it can be seen from the performed analysis, it is possible to prevent students' undesirable activities only in case of a smaller number of tested students. In the case of a high number of students (over 100) it is not possible avoid the mentioned activities, and objectivity of written examination decreases.
