Practice in the Companies as a Solution of Unemplyment

The report presents a survey of 180 job candidates registered by the Unemployment Offices for over 12 months. It deals with unemployment as a psychosocial problem of the present time and with personality characteristics hampering the return of the unemployed onto the labour market. It presents the structure of career types and personality dimensions from the perspective of the success in job search. It discusses about the role of consultancy in the area of unemployment and outlines personality characteristics to be strengthened during vocational training in order to eliminate unemployment in the future.
