Strategy, Processes and Risks as Key Performance Indicators for Assessment of University Management

The contribution shows the need of professionalization of university management influenced mainly by growing world competition in the field of tertial education. It defines key criteria of evaluation of quality of the university management system in examples of both Czech and foreign public and private universities. The university management system is regarded as a necessary part of the so-called "University Governance".
