Principalship at Secondary Schools and Influence of Act No. 245/2008 Coll. on Upbringing and Education (the School Act) and on Changes and Amendments to Some Acts as Amended on Quality of Principalship

The aim of the contribution is to point out provisions of Act No. 245/2008 Coll. on Upbringing and Education (the School Act) and on changes and amendments to some Acts as amended, form and organization of upbringing and education in secondary schools. Particular attention is paid to changes in types of secondary schools and their characteristics, changes in levels of education and the introduction of a national educational program and school educational program, under which it is pursued education and training in secondary schools. In this article, relatively close attention is paid to provisions relevant to the fulfillment of the completion of study at secondary schools.
