Group play as a tool for identifying and treating emotional or social problems in children with specific learning disorders

Learning disorders involve a number of relatively diverse difficulties children may experience. Not only do they affect strongly children's learning success but they also surface in children's emotions and in the way social interactions are structured. The present author reports findings of a study that attempted to resolve secondary difficulties of children suffering from specific learning disorders by means of cooperative play.
