E-learning, pedagogy and knowledge management

This article focuses on the relation between e-learning and the learning process, especially on the change of teaching due to the development of the Internet. It discusses models of e-learning development - pedagogical/andragogical driven development scheme and technology driven development scheme. Intelligent Learning Process (ILP) and personalized learning systems offer new possibilities for the development of e-learning. The paper also discusses the application of the constructivism methodology in the process of virtual studying.
