Applied education in frame of disciplines veterinary biochemistry and food chemistry is integral part of study in curriculum of Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene and Ecology at University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Brno. Students acquire knowledge und acquirements during both applied aducation in the course of master or doctor study.
Acquired knowledge and laboratory experience from these disciplines are used during the next study because disciplines have interdisciplinary character. Students use knowledge and practical experience in their next study of hygienic and medical subjects.
Today applied education makes use of up-to-date instrumental methods. In future we expect innovation in the field of education of veterinary biochemistry and food chemistry according to development in these branches.
Purpose of education and innovation in disciplines veterinary biochemistry and food chemistry is training future specialist. Graduates must be well educated for their practice in veterinary-hygienic and food-processing branches or in the field of state inspection, which is conformable with curriculum of faculty.
