Creativity in the work of a today's teacher

Creativity in human activity is one of the most considerable phenomena in further development of society and has got its important place also in the education system. Changed social conditions have brought also new and ambitious demands on creativity and inventiveness of a today's teacher. Authors in the article lay out theoretical basis of creativity in a teacher's work. On these basis they propose specific recommendations and impulses for the work of teachers. These impulses result either from the numerous mainly foreign studies on the problems of creativity or from their own research results.
