AB Although the Czech educational system is continuously undergoing serious changes, the direction of education policy remains unclear, the previously defi ned problems still persist and currently bear signs of systemic failure. New ideas are constantly emerging with which teachers are confronted and, in fact, already overwhelmed, new topics suffer from the lack of proper systematisation, the proposals for change are random and sometimes cannot even be applied in the Czech school environment.
