The period of younger school-aged child is characterized by high motor docility. The amount of motor skills is important for a child because it allows to participate in school-class activities with peers. The main aim of the paper is to analyze the relationship between anxiety and the level of gross motor skills in children from lower level of primary schools. The research sample created 300 children (149 boys and 151 girls). The level of gross motor skills was monitored by test TGMD-2. Standardized questionnaire Piers-Harris 2 was used for assessment of freedom from anxiety levels.
