A sample of seventy-five (75) teachers of children with hearing impairment was selected through the purposive sampling technique. A thirty (30) item questionnaire with a five-point rating scale and reliability coefficient of 0.78 to 0.82 was used to collate teachers' opinions of factors associated with negative attitudes towards inclusive education of children with hearing impairment. The data collected were statistically analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation which was also used to determine significant relationships in the stated research questions while Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) was used to verify whether the independent variables predicted the dependent variable or not. The findings revealed that teachers' poor competency, lack of teachers' incentives and severity of the child's hearing loss were associated and predicted negative attitudes of teachers towards inclusive education of children with hearing impairment. The authors recommended among others, that teachers' ongoing development programs in form of conferences, workshops and specialized training should be organized for teachers by the Government to provide them with the right pedagogical knowledge, practical skills and attitudes needed to foster inclusive education of children with hearing impairment.
