AB  - In our contribution we deal with selected problems of the Roma in the Slovak society on the example of the Roma who live in the segregated location of Orechov Dvor in Nitra. These problems are characteristic for all segregated housing in Slovakia where the Roma live. This is a problem of substandard housing, inadequate education, almost 100 percent unemployment, and from the perspective of the majority inadequate leisure time too.
