The methods used in institutional education of adults are focused mainly on knowledge development but there are specific development areas where the effectiveness of education lies not in cumulating field-related information but rather in influencing approaches. Such an area is e.g. social responsibility which is currently being presented as a significant part of the business world, of managerial education as well as of business ethics of different companies. The paper presents the author's intentions for her dissertation thesis. ER
