AB The falling demographic diagram and securing efficient school management make local authorities to merge schools. For headmasters of these schools it means to work with this new phenomenon in school management and leadership. This contribution presents two examples of connection, compares the attitudes of headmasters and describes their managing and leading as a process of change. At the end it stresses the lack of feedback and its possible results.
