AB  - The contribution reflects important documents on the issue of human rights of children in general and also of people with physical handicap. The aim of the contribution is to point out rights of children with severe physical handicap so that the quality of their life is not reduced and these children are included into the major society. In wiew of the fact that the 1st type of spinal muscular atrophy is the most dificult disorder and most patients must use intrapulmonary percussive ventilation, it opens the problem of education of these children.
