AB This article is concerned firstly with the reason of intensive dealing with the school question in the Zlin area after establishing of the independent Czechoslovak Republic, secondly with the realization of new pioneering reformative thoughts within pedagogical activities, thirdly with establishing of the experimental schools and finaly with the proposal of a totally new conception, organization and structure of schools in the whole Republic based on experience from Zlin.
