History of education as a kind of a cumulated pedagogical experience became an ornament of empirical researches. It does not allow verification of the set of educational reforms between the 19th and 20th centuries or organize the pedagogical researches contemporarily treated as historical creations. As a result of this history of education was reduced in the Polish pedagogical higher education.
