This concept is not only one theoretical fundament for formation of professional skills. It seems to be very useful to involve also constructivist theory of learning. On the condition that the professional training of prospective teachers should have to help in the developing of their professional skills then it has to come out from the effort of understanding of their pre-concepts and subjective (individual) theory. Well designed programs of pre-service training of teachers with adequate strategies and theories can help students to develop their didactical thinking and actions.
