It uses the Sentiments Attitudes and Concerns about Inclusive Education Scale Revised (SCACIE-R), designed by Forlin, Earle, Loreman, & Sharma (2011), with 424 pre-service teachers involved. It was found that variables such as interaction with persons with disabilities and previous training had a significant impact on the participants' attitudes toward inclusive education. The implications for the further improvement of pre-service teacher education programs for inclusive education in China are briefly discussed.
